Because having boobs does not make me plus size!

You may have picked  up that Im on a bit of a fitness kick right now – all in my battle to beat some of the bulge! I wanted to give a shout out about these bathers, as they are the BEST I have ever owned for a large bust!

They have support everywhere its needed and have a brilliant tummy and leg flattering cut and weight. The bust is supported with a inner shelf plus adjustable cross over back straps. I have owned these for about a year after buying them at a day spa in Scotland where I had forgotten my bathers (of course!) and they have been my best find ever. The model in the photos does not do them justice as she doesn’t even have boobs, but I promise you they rock!

You can find them here if interested http://www.simplyswim.com/products/Zoggs/EllaBootySuit-BlackandJade.aspx

Hi all,

I am searching for advice on a sports bra that is available to me either here in Ireland or from the UK that delivers. All my past efforts have been either super uncomfortable or gave an awful shape without much support (rather like being strapped with a huge bandage!).

My little sister back home in Australia did a video blog about this very thing (click here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cz6S37DNE4E&feature=plcp) and she pointed out that apparently sports bras with a crossover back provide a shed load more support than the regular style. Anyone know a bra that is good for anything from cardio to yoga?

Much appreciated! x

Sometimes black really is best. Last night we went out for a fancy French dinner with the family, and I wanted something simple and elegant. I have NEVER worn this dress despite owning it for about 4 years – it was a hand me down from a stylish friend, and its from Jaqui E in Australia. Simple black wrap style jersey/Lycra, 3/4 length sleeves.

The dress really fits and flatters my curves perfectly and im wondering now what took me so long to wear it! The weather was mild with showers (so typical of this country!) so I teamed it with the new Zara Blazer and some favourite M&S suede peep toes that I LOVE.

Living with an Irish husband, we naturally went to watch the first Ireland game in the Euro’s so green was the colour of the day!

The other night we went to see the very clever and funny Bill Bailey – the outfit needed to be casual and cool and allow for belly laughs! As you can see I’m still in love with blazers of all descriptions! The shoes are 4 years old and haven’t been worn since forever so hurt my poor feet! Ah well, such is the price of style! X

Needed a new dress today for an important appointment. This €23 dress from Penneys fit the bill nicely!
